A newsletter containing key messages from and decisions made by the Clinical Quality and Audit Committee, a subcommittee of the PHO Board, and also information from various sources including the DHB and its clinical council, Pharmac, BPAC and the Health Quality and Safety Commission. It is envisaged this that an issue will be produced approximately every six weeks.
